BRING YOUR DISH — We'll Photograph It Live
Peak lunch-hour foot traffic. Invite passing vendors and restaurant reps to bring any dish to the table — you'll photograph it in 60 seconds and show them what professional food photography looks like vs. a phone shot. The contrast sells itself. This is your highest-converting demo of the day.
Sign on booth edge: "Bring Your Dish" Have a backup hero dish ready Show phone shot vs. your shot side by side Capture their email before they leave

Free Professional Headshot — Restaurant Owners
Main show is now fully open — full crowd on the floor. Pivot the R5C to the hostess stand area and offer free professional headshots to restaurant owners and operators. This creates a line, and a line draws curiosity from everyone walking past. Lines are trade show gold. Photos will be sent after the event.

Live Demo
Before vs. After — Phone Shot vs. CHP Shot
Take the same dish, same table. First shoot it casually on an iPhone. Then shoot it with the R5C and professional lighting. Show both on screen side by side. This is the single most persuasive demo you can do. Every restaurant owner in the room understands the gap immediately.
Same dish, same angle, dramatically different result Caption: "Your menu right now" vs. "Your menu with CHP" Hand them a before/after comparison card

Conversations + Lead Follow-Up
Last 30 minutes — slow demos, focus on 1-on-1 conversations with anyone still at the booth. Exchange contact info. Schedule follow-up calls for next week. Hand out remaining rate cards and before/after cards. Capture any last emails.
Set follow-up call for next week, not "sometime" Ask: "What does your current content situation look like?" Leave cards face-up on the table

Last headshot window before the show ends. Foot traffic begins tapering but decision-makers are still on the floor. A short line at 2:00 PM can catch latecomers who missed the earlier sessions. Photos will be sent after the event and hand a rate card while the camera is still hot.
